We are pleased to announce that one of our lawyers Marianne Phan has been short-listed for Dispute Resolution and Litigation for the Lawyers Weekly 30 Under 30 Awards 2023 .
The Lawyers Weekly 30 Under 30 Awards is the premier event in showcasing the depth of talent in the nation’s young gun lawyers, recognising their success and their passion for the business of law.
Marianne is an Associate at Level Playing Field Lawyers and we are so proud of her!
Marianne’s dedication, expertise, and commitment to her work have been instrumental in helping our clients navigate complex legal disputes and achieve favorable outcomes. Some of Marianne’s notable achievements include drafting and negotiating construction contracts for major projects in Victoria, defending setting aside applications and bankruptcy proceedings, and representing subcontractors in adjudication applications under the Securities of Payment Act.
Marianne’s exceptional work also extends to family law, where she is currently acting for two of the ten parties in one of the most complex and lengthy family law proceedings in the history of Australia.
